Bao co-founded Umble, a design agency specializing in UX and branding for tech-scaleups. Over the past three years, he and his team have contributed to launching over 30 products, guiding founders through the most crucial design decisions.

Sondre Kvam

Co-founder and CEO at Naer.io

Sondre is CEO and co-founder of Naer, a spatial collaboration platform for remote and hybrid teams. In 2023, Naer launched in partnership with Meta and has since been featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Wired, BBC, and Bloomberg, among others.

Before working at Naer, Sondre co-founded Umble, specializing in UX and branding for startups and scaleups. He also created Able, a Figma plugin with 100k users currently, and won Best Narrative at The Norwegian Game Awards for his game demo of Albert.

He can tie a bowline with one hand – which is yet to come in handy – and loves cooking and skiing.
